• The content and assessments provided by Microsoft Academy is available only for users of original Microsoft Windows XP or original Microsoft Windows Vista
• Original Windows Vista or XP could have been purchased pre-installed on a PC or as a retail pack
• Users will need to first validate their Windows operating system online before getting the access to the learning content and assessments
• This offer is available only on home use licenses of Windows Vista and XP
• Microsoft Academy is an online learning and certification program and does not represent any physical facility
• A maximum of two individuals can register for Microsoft Academy for each valid original Microsoft Windows XP or original Microsoft Windows Vista successfully validated
• The certificate offered by Microsoft Academy is not accredited to any university or academic institution, and is not recognized by any educational institute or body
• While care has been taken to verify the content provided and the authenticity of the questions, Microsoft is not liable for any errors arising from using the learning content or the assessments
